Well this looks exciting. Stopped by the Lush UK website to poke around and saw this little ad on the homepage with the caption “New Toothy Tabs.” This is all of the information that is on the website at the moment, but looks exciting!

My sister and parents purchased sets of the toothy tabs for a mission trip they will be taking this summer. It will be great because they can take them on the plane and brush their teeth with only a little water. Also, my mom asked the woman working (who happened to be the lovely shop manager) if it would be alright if they were swallowed. She replied yes, that because of what they are made of it is okay to swallow them if necessary, unlike regular toothpaste, although it might not be entirely pleasant. My mom tried one in the store, “Well I can’t say I haven’t brushed my teeth in a department store anymore,” and said it wasn’t bad. So they’re definitely great for traveling, especially really long trips, and for flying. Hopefully with Lush coming out with an extended line of these it will make it more conducive to using on a regular basis instead of just for convenience when traveling.

The reviews I’ve seen online have been a total mixed bag, people either ragging on the product or loving it. I suggest trying one out in the store to see if it’s for you!
